Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Threshold is customizable from 10" to 36" in width (in 1/2" increments). Should match threshold width exactly, can be easily trimmed with a hand saw as needed.

This product carries a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you buy it. Coverage is full for the first year, then prorated.
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.
We cut or prep it in our Cincinnati shop before it ships, and the delivery estimate above includes that time.
Free pickup at our Cincinnati warehouse is available at checkout.
Doors we prep, cut, finish or assemble to your order can't be returned. You can cancel free of charge until we start work; after that the order can't be cancelled or refunded.

When I ordered my sill extension I was sent the wrong one the first time. I used the option on the website to notify them of the problem via text and the next buisness day I was sent a new shipping confirmation of the correct part. The 4 3/8 extension worked great for my application. I had seen a couple reviews stating some customers had issues with fitment on some door brands but they do fit mastercraft doors sold by Menards.
I needed a specific size extender for a new exterior door. I was unable to locate anywhere until I found it here. I was hesitant I would somehow screw up the measurements since it had to be special cut but it ended up fitting perfectly. Guy installing said it just snaps into place. Glad I found this place
I have an older Pease door ( Was new on house built in 1984). The old Threshold has the Pease Logo stamped into it. It had a 2" Threshold extension that broke. When I looked up the new threshold extension I didn't see any mention that it doesn't work with older designs, but when I took the old 1 off I found it has a very different method of attachment. Would have been nice to know it wouldn't work before I ordered it. Ended up getting a whole new threshold at a local hardware store and modifying your extension to work with it. I also ordered new hinges and weather strip kit which both fit perfectly.

This did not fit a Jeldwen door. So I spent $55 on nothing

When I ordered the threshold extension I assumed it would work on my door threshold but it didn't fit and I assumed I could return it but couldn't so things didn't go well I'm out $104.00

Perfect
After putting in a new door, the depth of the new threshold left a large uneven step up through the door. Adding on the threshold extension provided a broader, more level and safer landing.
It fit perfectly, no issues, fairly rapid shipping too.
Color and dimensions matched perfectly, but the aluminum on the barbed portion that locked the threshold extender in place was a fraction of a millimeter too thin, and so it didn't lock in as intended. I ended up having to run a bead of epoxy atop the barbs in order to secure it.

The sill extension would not lock onto the sill of my door the way it was Manufactured. I had to modify the extension by grinding a little bit off the inside. once I did this it worked fine.
Perfect size, easy to line up, and tough to install which means it’s not coming off!
Have not used it yet going to use it the 4 of July weekend
Came in a timely manner and was exactly what I needed.

Item fit perfectly!
This product does not work with normal box store thresholds. Neither did the door jamb I ordered that fact that your products are only compatible with your other products is a rip off. So much customization had to be done.
