Single foam strip with adhesive backing. Available in 81" and 97" lengths.
Adhesive weatherstrip is perfect for doors that do not have a kerf or slot cut into the jambs. Just peel off the backing and apply directly to door jambs.
This is medium to high reach weatherstrip and is a serious upgrade for doors that need a tighter seal against the elements and pests. A great option if you can see daylight around your door from inside the home or if you can feel a draft, for example on older doors that have settled slightly out of alignment or in cold climates where stripping shrinks over time and the wind blows cold air at the door with force.
Specifications & Fit
Seals standard to larger gaps -- about 1/8" to 3/8" from door exterior face to jamb (about double the reach of standard weatherstrip)
High density, moisture resistant foam with UV and tear resistant jacket
Available bronze (neutral brown color)
97" Length and can be easily trimmed with scissors to work with shorter doors
Great replacement for 7 foot (84") and 8 foot (96") tall doors because you can use a single continuous strip instead of splicing shorter pieces together
Great Replacement for Many Door Brands

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the backing was difficult to remove during installation. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when the adhesive or backing material makes what should be a simple installation more difficult.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll share your feedback with our team so we can review the adhesive and backing materials and look for opportunities to improve the installation experience.
Last winter had a huge wind coming through my French doors on my deck, first year here at our house so far after replacing the weatherstripping no wind this come through the doors
We rent an apartment in a 100+ y.o. house in Minneapolis, MN. The front & rear door weatherstripping was no longer effective in keeping out the cold in winter & heat in summer. I found Pease Doors & this product online. Works great. Installed easily, and creates an effective door seal. Our apartment stays warmer in the winter. Highly recommend Please Doors and this product.
Decent door edge seal kit. Adhesive tape holds well. Only slight negative would be the adhesive release tape is difficult to pull off and tears in pieces sometimes. Quick shipping and well packaged.

Adhesive weather stripping work perfectly providing a factory quality door seal. Easily installed within minutes!
Too small to fit the gap between the door and jamb. Ended up adapting your larger kerfed style weatherstripping by cutting off the kerf and using doubled sided tape to attach to the jamb, which worked out very well

Disappointed in the product and return process. Paid $9 to ship to me and it costs $19 in return shipping on a $20 product. Purchased better product from Amazon with free shipping and free returns if it didn’t work out. Plus product costed less. I will have to eat the cost of this item but will never consider Pease again on any future purchase.

Hello Dave,
Thank you for sharing your experience, though we are disappointed to hear your dissatisfaction. We take immense pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide, and it is always disheartening to hear when a customer feels they haven’t received the value they deserve.
While Amazon is indeed a colossal company that offers extensive shipping options and highly competitive pricing, I’d like to remind you that our company is family-owned and operated, with a commitment to providing high-quality, American-made products that stand the test of time. Unlike Amazon, we are not a faceless behemoth; we are a smaller business that believes in supporting our employees and serving our customers with personalized care and accountability.
As a family-owned business, we may not always be able to match the shipping rates of a massive global corporation. However, we believe that what we offer in quality, craftsmanship, and customer service far surpasses that of mass-produced goods found elsewhere. Our shipping costs reflect the true cost of delivering our product without cutting corners, and that is something we stand by.
We regret that your experience with us wasn’t as you had hoped, but we hope you understand the value in supporting smaller businesses. Your feedback will not be overlooked, but we stand by the integrity of our products and the efforts of our team.
