How we estimate
Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Available in Satin Nickel, Oil-Rubbed Bronze, Weathered Black, and Polished Brass finishes. Finishes are plating on solid brass, polished to a beautiful matte glow, and then lacquered for resilience. Comes for a standard 4" x 10" air duct opening. Please contact us to order other sizes to fit air duct openings of 3"x 10", 4"x 12", or 4"x 14" .

Shipping
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.
Free pickup at our Cincinnati warehouse is available at checkout.
Returns
Return it within 30 days of delivery if it's unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours to pay. Start a return in our returns portal.
