Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

The measuring guidelines are excellent. Ordering was painless. Delivery was fairly quick. The sidelights were easy to install. The hardest part was digging out layers of paint on my original sidelights to access the screws. Once that was done, the rest of the installation was quick.

My experience with Pease Doors was great! Ordering the correct sidelights to replace those at my front that had broken seals was very easy. And Pease Doors also sent me a reminder to verify my measurements. The sidelights were originally scheduled to be delivered while I was to be away for the holidays. Pease Door held my delivery until I was back. The package arrived undamaged. My wonderful handy man arrived the next day, unpacked everything and installed both sidelights in a less than 2 hours (minus painting which I will do in the spring when it is warmer). They look fabulous and they are completely sealed around the whole panels. Also I am so excited about the fact that they are energy efficient since the hot summer afternoon sun shines directly at my front door. I would definitely recommend Pease Doors.

I ordered this side panel and a 15 lite door panel for our external French double door. I decided to do one half of the door first to make sure there were no serious problems. Every thing went like clock work. We love it and are ready to order the other half plus two more French door without the side lites.

I wasn't too sure this would be what I hoped, but it turned out great!! Shipped very quickly, received in perfect condition. Super easy to install, probably only took about 20 minutes total per window. Exactly as described. The windows are high quality, and now I can't wait to replace the glass in the door!

outer trim separated from glass and was difficult to realign. Project was more difficult than anticipated due to sidelight not being an exact replacement and opening being two sheets of steel with styrofoam in between. Had to cut opening to re-fit sidelight.

Really solid purchase.. I am sure I saved hundreds doing this myself.. Prior to purchase I called customer service to ask a few questions before buying- I found the experience extremely pleasant. I did receive two sets of hardware.. odd.. I wish there were some close ups of the actual window on the page. It’s been in for a few weeks.. so far so good.

Everything went as advertised with the removal of the old glass and installation of the new. Couldn't have been easier. I'll give this product 4.9 stars out of 5 only because I thought the supplied plugs were a little weak and didn't blend really well. Will definitely recommend to my neighbors.

The original was easy to remove and the replacement was a copy of that unit and as just easy to install. The project took around an hour and one half to complete including window cleaning.

Measured and found what I needed online at Pease but having already ordered a sidelite from our local home improvement store and it NOT being the correct size I was very leary! I called the number Pease had for assistance and was able to talk with a live person on a Saturday no less! He confirmed that per my measurement the sidelite I was considering would fit. He also informed me it was pre-caulked and all we had to do was remove some screws and put it in. It sounded way to easy. Well this weekend my son and I removed our old sidelite and installed the new one from Pease all by ourselves in no time! Highly recommend these guys!!! You can't go wrong!

I was having trouble finding a local building materials store that even acted like they wanted to help get a replacement window. Did some internet research and found Pease Doors. After speaking to a VERY nice customer service woman on the phone there; she answered all my questions and was completely professional and knowledgeable. I order the window; it came in as promised packed extremely well and in perfect condition. I would defiantly recommend Pease Doors.

Windows are great, easy to install. My only thing I would suggest is to put Fragile on the box. there was a large hole in the front of the box. The driver did not know what it was. Small damage to frame. Great company where going to send me new ones with no return, not bad enough, so they gave me a discount. Will be using Pease again. Thanks
