Exterior or Entry Door Single Cylinder Lock

With delicate beveling and a transitional profile, the Ellington series balances new and old for a polished look. Perfect for a traditional Cape Cod home or an updated Tudor, the Ellington showcases the best of both stylistic worlds with ease.

The Ellington series consists of Single-cylinder locks, which require a key on the outside and a thumb-turn on the inside, as opposed to requiring a key for both the outside and inside.

A tubular lockset is a common, easy-to-install door lock that fits into a standard hole in most doors. It provides reliable security and smooth operation, making it a popular choice for both exterior and interior doors.

  • Backset Length (distance from center of lock to edge of door): adjustable between 2 3/8" and 2 3/4"
  • Faceplate Width: 2 5/8"
  • Exterior Handle Projection (clearance to storm door if present): 2 1/8"
Easy Installation

Grade 3 Security

Tested and able to handle 200,000 lock cycles, 2 door strikes and a 150-pound weight test. Grade 3 deadbolts rated to handle 100,000 cycles and a 2-door-strike hammer test.
Multiple Keyway Options

Each lockset comes standard with a Schlage (SC1) keyway and can be special ordered with Kwikset (KW1) or Weiser (WR5) keyways upon request. These options are designed to match most existing home key systems and feature a removable cylinder for easy rekeying—no special tools required.
Adjustable Latch Included

Each set comes with an adjustable 2-3/8” or 2-3/4” latch to fit standard door thicknesses (1-3/8" to 1-3/4"), eliminating guesswork for homeowners.
