How we estimate

Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.

Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.

Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Door Glass and Frame Kit

New door glass can transform your entryway without the need to replace your entire door system. Classic clear glass with standard profile frames.

Kit includes door glass, inside and outside door glass frame set, screws, and screw caps.

Measurements:

Style: Fanlite (Half Moon / Semicircle Shape)

  • Frame outside dimensions: 23.875" x 11.875" (replaces frames 23 1/2" to 24" wide and 11 1/2" to 12" tall)
  • Door cutout dimensions: 23" x 11"
  • Glass dimensions: Select 1/2" or 1" thick, 22" wide, 10" tall
Easy Installation

Our kit makes installation easy and quick. The outside frame comes pre-caulked to the glass. All you need to install the glass kit into your door is a screwdriver to secure the inside frame to the outer frame. Cover the screw heads with the included plastic caps, paint or stain if desired, and your project is finished! More on installation

Insulated Safety Glass

Double pane insulated glass has been tempered for safety and thermally sealed to be air and water tight. Low-e available with our 1/2" glass thickness.

High Performance Frame (Paint/Stain)

Kit includes standard white high performance plastic frames that resist cracking, warping, and discoloring due to heat and sunlight. Standard white frames are ready to install and do not need to be painted, but can be painted or stained after lightly sanding and priming. More on finishing door glass frames

Cleaning

Avoid contact with abrasive cleaners and solutions containing corrosive solvents or acid solutions. Glass can be cleaned using a soft cloth, and glass cleaner.

Before picture- brown door - heat warped and cracked old window frame on door. After picture- painted door white- installed new window- easy peasy!! Looks great! Door looks brand new! Could have bought whole new door for ~$4500 but instead bought new window and painted door and installed new updated hardware on door and all at a completely lower cost of a few hundred dollars! Measurements were perfect! Thank you!!

Replaced the broken sunburst with clearlight 1. Like the clearlight better because half the neighborhood had sunburst plus you get a full view looking out. 2. Installation went ok. The gasket sealing the unit had some high spots so it did not seal evenly. I only hope the gasket material does not melt down the door like the sunburst did after a few years. South facing door with storm door so it takes a bit of heat in winter. when the sun is low in the south sky.
