How we estimate
Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Frame kit with inner and outer frames, screws and screw caps. High performance plastic replacement frames resist cracking, warping, and discoloring due to heat and sunlight.

This glass kit carries a 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you buy it. Coverage is full for the first year, then prorated.
- Accidental breakage isn't covered.
- Paint the frame a light color where it gets direct sun; dark frames in direct sun aren't covered.
- Install it as the manufacturer directs, in the USA. Damage from improper installation, storage or modification isn't covered.
- To claim, use the form on our warranty page within 60 days of finding the defect, with your order number.
Shipping
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.
Free pickup at our Cincinnati warehouse is available at checkout.
Returns
Return it within 30 days of delivery if it's unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours to pay. Start a return in our returns portal.

Overall worked very well. After painting it needed Minor tweaking for a tight fit. Original had a lip that pressed against glass. This one does not so needed to fill gaps with some weatherstripping and clear silicon so glass will not move. Material seems different from original (Hopefully). Time will tell.
It was super easy to order. Tech department sent me a link. My order came in two days. I was alerted every step of the way and even offered support if needed. I was thoroughly impressed with all that was done for a simple replacement piece. I could only imagine the efforts for something bigger. Frame is OK. The screw caps are impossible to insert properly. Painters caulk would work better.

A little bit of a tight fit but quality and finish is good. Glad that this product is available as opposed to replacing the whole door.
I ordered a replacement frame for a 9.5” x 20” window on my exterior front door that had a warped frame due to the sun. Pease doors had just what I needed, it was delivered fast and fits perfectly. And it was so much more cost effective than buying a new front door.
