A serious upgrade for doors that need the tightest seal possible. A great option if your existing weatherstrip shows daylight or if you can feel a draft, for example on older doors that have settled slightly out of alignment or in cold climates where rubber tends to shrink and the wind blows cold air at the door with force.

Made for doors roughly 6' 8" tall. Comes with two 81" long strips for the lock and hinge side vertical strips and a ~40" long strip for the head jamb. These can all be trimmed with scissors to fit your door. If you order two sets (e.g., for a double door) it will come with five 81" long strips. If you have a shorter door you can simply cut to size and if you have an 8' tall door or taller, you can splice together 2 sets.

Please make sure that you have aWOOD JAMBS. Steel jambs often have a wider kerf so check to ensure you have a 1/8" kerf. Also, if you have a double door, simply order 2 sets of weatherstrip and we'll send a long (uncut) head jamb piece.
Premium Wrap-Around Style Doorsweep
Fits all doors 1.75" thick. Can be trimmed to fit doors up to 36" in width.
This is a great doorsweep if you do not know what brand door you have or do not know how your current door sweep attaches to your door. It is also a great choice to replace drive-on or staple on sweeps where you do not want to remove the door from its hinges.

Note: Requires screws for installation. We recommend flat head 1/2" long screws. For wood or fiberglass doors, use pan head wood screws, course thread. For steel doors, use sheet metal pan head screws.
1. Open the door and remove the old sweep. If the old sweep is screwed or otherwise tightly fastened to the bottom of your door, you may need to remove the door from hinges.
2. Slide the new sweep on, using a block of wood or a hammer as needed to tap the sweep into place.
3. Trim excess with scissors, shears, or a small hand-saw.
4. Adjust the sweep up/down as needed to tightly seal (overlap about 1/8") against the top of your sill.
5. Install screws on inside of home, drilling pilot holes as needed (especially if you have a steel door).We recommend flat head 1/2" long screws. For wood or fiberglass doors, use pan head wood screws, course thread. For steel doors, use sheet metal pan head screws.
4X Corner Seals
Also known as corner pads, weatherseal pads, or corner dust pads, are a great way to tighten up the bottom and top edges of your door and provide an extra line of defense against drafts and pests. Corner seals nestle behind and push weatherstripping towards the door, creating an improved seal at areas where sometimes the weatherstripping just doesn't quite reach.
Typically these corner seals are most effective on the bottom lock jamb and hinge jamb corners. They can also help close gaps on the top corners of your door as well. If you can see daylight through the corners of your door, these are a great quick & easy fix.

I the weatherstripping kit for my 30-year-old metal front door. I knew the door was leaking cold air but I never dreamed what a big difference the weatherstripping would make. Before installing it, my living room was consistently 3-4 degrees colder than the rest of the house. Now it’s the same temperature! Much more comfortable and I will surely save money on my heating bills next winter. So affordable and easy to install. I also had a handyman replace the glass with a Pease kit. It was a perfect fit. The original glass frame had seams at the top and bottom and had yellowed. I’m glad I found Pease.
The assembly came in box that required the door seals to be folded in half. The door seals became creased in transit. The picture provided is the door sweep because it came bent / malformed along both vertical legs. Four of the five pieces have deformations that compromise the ability to properly and completely seal around the exterior door as designed.

The weatherproofing kit was easy to install and such an improvement from what we had before. No more drafty doors. I was worried about the bronze looking too brown next to my black door, but it blends in seamlessly.

We had an old metal door that was dented and had a dog door we didn’t need and really wanted to match the style of the front door of the house. We got quotes for installing a prehung door, but that also would’ve required us to remove and reattach the exterior security door and we were concerned the trim work wouldn’t look as good after it was finished. Pease Doors was easy to work with. They verified the dimensions of the door that we needed and with a local installer who had experience installing doors we are very happy with the results.
I brought a front from your company a few years. I like it so much I brought another one for my back door. Everything came in and my installer had no problems installing it.

Didn't really solve any of the gap issues, also the bottom door seal doesn't even come with screws. Disappointed.

I never realized how awful our builder grade weatherstripping was until I replaced it with Pease Doors weatherstripping! Over the years, it had gotten to the point that we could see gaps of sunlight when the door was closed. This stuff is thick and dense! I can absolutely see it lasting for years!!! And it literally took 10 minutes to remove the old and install the new, by myself, with 2 kids running amuck, and a wild frenchie raising hell!
Door works great ,very well built. Could not ask for more,FedEx dropped if off and no hauling home from store! Went up pretty easy ,bought new hinges and it opened and closed 1st try.now that never happens! Looks great too
This is the last Door that I have to put the new weather stripping on. My house has 3-36” doors and 1-72 “ double door. So this stripping is going on back door that goes into garage. Haven’t used yet: going to take door down repaint and install new hinges. Thanks Pease Door I really like your products.
The glass and divided light grate was excellent, easy install. But the wea stripping does not work for this door. Wish I had seen other styles when selecting it.

The U for the bottom of the door worked great. As for the stripping, I guess I’m confused. The stripping does not have a pull off sticky so I have no idea how to install.

I'm happy with your products. Unfortunately your customer service could improve with better communication.
It took over 6 weeks for my order to arrive. I was never told it was backordered until I reached out to you all. Then I was told it would be in about a week. Still no notice I had to reach out again and was told it was still backordered. I finally got notice three weeks later that it was shipping. This all felt very uncomfortable since you had no problem charging me for something that you did not have.
Although not listed when ordered, Pease was out of stock. Expected an email would have been sent, but nothing was communicated until I sent an email asking about delivery. The order took a month.
The weatherstripping seals perfectly without much pressure - so my electric door bolt works perfectly - much better than it did with the original insulation.
