Replacement Door Sweep
For 36" wide doors that are 1 3/4" thick (+/- 1/8"). Sweep measures 36" in length and can easily be trimmed with scissors to fit narrower doors.
Made of durable thermoplastic, which stands up to extreme temperatures and resists tearing better than other materials. Raised lip fits onto inner face of door and helps to properly align sweep. Drip guard fin comes off the exterior face of the door and directs water away from the door.
This is a great option if you need need a universal fitting sweep and want a more minimalist look vs. the wrap-around sweep.
Premium replacement door sweep fits any 1.75" thick door.

To install, first take the door off its hinges and lay flat. Then remove the old sweep from the bottom of your door and clean the bottom of the door. Next apply 2 beads of silicone caulking to the top of the new sweep. Press the new sweep on the door bottom, the alignment lip should rest flush against the interior door face. Wipe free any excess caulking. Secure new sweep in place with ~3-5 staples or tacks. Rehang door on its hinges and you are finished!

Easy to purchase and easy to install.
Item delivered as advertised. Quality is as good as the original sweep removed. Trimmed it to fit, then applied a bead of silicone and stapled it to the door. The door was heavy so I'd recommend it as a two-person job.

unfortunately these doors sweeps will not work as the opening below the door is too skinny for the sweep to fit. can you send me an RA for a return. thanks

Yes, unfortunately I have an exterior door that has a staple-on sweep. What a pain to replace. Especially since several trimming actions were needed to find the right fit. Each action required removing and reinstalling the door to check fit and finish. No fault of Pease, except that the sweep rubber/plastic material is too rigid. A softer material might allow for more flexibility and conformation to the threshold.
The product was superior in quality compared to similar products offered at the big box stores.
Replacement piece worked perfectly. No problems at all with installation.

I removed the old weatherstrip, which was the same type as the new one, but the new one has made the door extremely hard to open. Not sure what to do next. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Store owner replied: Hi Andrew, if the seal is too tight you can try adjusting the top rail of your threshold down slightly and if necessary you can trim the sweep with a regular pair of scissors to optimize the seal!

Pays to buy the proper part when it needs to be replaced. Door sweep was a perfect fit, as expected. Installation a breeze. Glad I didn't waste time at the big box stores.
This past seemed flimsy at sealing the bottom of the door. I recommend the double bubble sweep they offer.
The exterior side was so pliable that it made it a little awkward to handle but it ended up fitting fine.

The product was the same as the manufacturer had installed. When my delivery arrived, [1] pcs was missing , the box had opened in transit I assume. I contacted Pease immediately and was sent the missing item. Sounds like a Fine company to me
