Ships the same or next business day, then 2 to 4 business days with ground shipping.
How we estimate
Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.
30-day returns if unused and in the original packaging.Return policy

81" compression strip offered in white, bronze, and beige.
High reach weatherstrip is a serious upgrade for doors that need the tightest seal possible. A great option if your existing weatherstrip shows daylight or if you can feel a draft, for example on older doors that have settled slightly out of alignment or in cold climates where rubber tends to shrink, and the wind blows cold air at the door with force.

Seals standard to larger gaps -- about 1/4" to 1/2" from door exterior face to jamb kerf or slot (about double the reach of standard weatherstrip)
Made out of thermoplastic rubber (TPE) that maintains flexibility in extreme cold and resists tearing
We recommend this weatherstripping for wood or fiberglass doors (for metal and metal-edged doors we recommend magnetic weatherstrip)
Available in clean white, bronze (neutral brown color), and beige
Note that the white color can be translucent in direct sunlight, so we do not recommend white for doors that face the sun because even though the stripping seals the door, it can appear that the door has gaps and light may shine through
81" Length made for doors roughly 6' 8" tall. Can all be trimmed with scissors to fit shorter doors
Fits door jambs with standard 1/8" kerf or slot
Please make sure that you have WOOD JAMBS. Steel jambs often have a wider kerf so check to ensure you have a 1/8" kerf

The recommended weatherstripping fits very well, easy to install and the door closes!! We tested for leaking with a blower and flame and there is about 6 inches of leaking top left, but I can live with that.
Thanks very much.

So much better than “big retailer” version, and not a big price difference! This was the first seal I ever replaced (the former owner of the house had no idea what they were doing, had several pieces of foam weatherstripping on top of each other). My first attempt allowed wind to whistle through the seal; then I discovered Pease Doors and ultimately the solution.
I've been very busy so it took awhile for me to get to it., but it didn't take long to put the weather stripping in. Seems to work really well. All I have to do now is see how long it lasts.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding your order. It looks like there was a mix-up between the Compression High Reach and the Mega Reach foam weatherstrip, and we understand how that can be frustrating.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we processed a replacement to ensure you received the correct product. You should have already received an email confirmation regarding that replacement.
If you have any questions about installation or need assistance once the correct item arrives, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help.

New threshold and weather stripping. Easy to install, though i had to cut out the bottom frame to insert the threshold because the tile floor was a 1/4 inch higher...and i removed some rotten wood and replaced it. Excellent top quality products.
Indifference and incompetence seems to be the norm now. 81" pieces of weather strip were doubled over multiple times to be jammed into much shorter box. Thanks to the lack of insight the rigid spine is now ruined. Is there any more oversight left in these businesses??
Store owner replied:
Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we apologize for the experience you've had with your order. We understand your frustration and want to reassure you that the weather stripping should straighten out over time after being removed from the box. While it may appear bent initially, it is designed to regain its shape once installed.
We also understand the importance of receiving products in optimal condition, and we regret that the packaging caused issues. If you need any additional assistance or guidance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@peasedoors.com. Our team is here to help and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you further.

First time replacing door weatherstrip. Followed directions s for the kerf magnetic straps. Cut to size with scissors and fit is perfect. Very happy with this product.
What a difference this has made for this front door! The drafts have stopped, with the realization that the summer a/c cool air, and the winter's furnace heating won't be lost through the gaps in the door frame anymore. Should have done this years ago.
My cat scratched up my previous weatherstrip, and was letting light/bugs in so it needed to be replaced. Had a temporary fix with cheap Home Depot foam and besides my door being a little hard to close and it looking ghetto as fuck it did the job. This weatherstrip, while it does make it looks nice and fit very well; allows for my room to be lit up like a Christmas tree at the crack of dawn (Pictured). They said I get 10% off if I write a review and I’ll definitely need that after buying this.

Jose, I am sorry about this. Any white compression weather strip will let light in. I am going to reach out directly to see if we can send something else!
Our new puppy shredded the old door strip😳 so I wanted a sturdy replacement to drop right in. Fits perfectly very easy to install right in the channel. Let's see if it holds up!
Replaced weather strip on 25-year-old entrance door and had no problem inserting the new strips. Door is very snug. Still see light around the door but that is probably translucence.
My English Setter opens the door to let himself back in when he's done outside. Unfortunately, it scratches/sands the door and jam and shreds the rubber door seal. I cut out the damaged seal, cut a replacement piece from the seal kit, and repaired the damage...temporarily, until he shreds it again. The kit affords many repairs in the years to come! Since we live in very rural Montana, I'm not too concerned about how the door looks. I'd rather suffer that than find a large wild animal in my house via a typical "dog door"!
We followed the Pease Doors instructions for the “high reach compression weatherstripping” to replace the aged existing weatherstripping at the front door. The installation of the new weatherstripping’s “flange” into the head and jambs kerfs was easily done. The door seals, closes, and operates properly with the new weatherstripping. We are pleased with the outcome.
High quality product. I’m not certain yet but it could just be the quality of the build of the door that is causing the light gaps on the one side of our door, not the seal itself.
The seal installed beautifully otherwise.
