Perfect fit, super fast shipping and quality product
Needed to replace the warped window frame with new. Door was old. Looks like 1984 from glass date. Original window was only 1/2" thick. Opted to purchase the frame with the 1" thick clear glass from here. Picked up some privacy film from the big box store and came out looking great.

I'm not your normal DIYer. When I discovered I needed to replace the window in my front door, my first response was, "I'll just have to buy a new door." But I discovered doors are expensive. So, I did some research and found my solution. Pease! I contacted the company and received a phone call from Laney. She talked me through what I would have to do, like measurements ,etc. I would need to enlarge the opening just a little bit, to make the new window fit. Long story short, after a few months of preparation and several emails to Laney, I was ready to go. I was helped by a video of a similar installation she provided. I hope I never have to do this again, but if it does come up ... I know whom to turn to. Thanks for all of your help! - Ed

Glass was improperly cut, making it impossible for the screws in the frame to line up. Very disappointed.
Mounted two (2) of the 9.5" x 20.5" vertical Lite Glass Frame Kits "horizontally" in my new workshop double doors. After determining the correct opening size, as these kits were normally to replace an existing front door panel, and then carefully cutting the doors, the window kits were relatively easy to install. They did require an extra pair of hands to hold the window and frame in place while attaching the inside frame. Windows are very solid, thick, double-pane glass. Very nice, quality construction.

Great replacement for an old insert with gold designs - the old one looked very 90s. This is much cleaner.
I love our new window. We are modern minimalists and we love that it makes our front door look clean. I was able to text them with my measurements to ensure it would fit properly and they responded very quickly. We painted the trim of the window black to make it stand out and that was a very simple process. I know it says you don’t need to prime but I was hesitant not too so I primed it. My only issue was that the caulk they put on the window is so sticky and gets on everything. Once the window was on the door the caulk seeped out and I had to clean it up which was difficult because of the stickiness. I am glad it had the caulk though so I didn’t have to bother putting it on myself. All in all very satisfied!

It was very easy to install and looks so much better. The origin one had warped from the sun and heat. It is an east facing door.
Window and frame easy to put in and look great. However, I had a very challenging time getting the screws loosened out of the box and was extremely frustrated.

I would have appreciated updates since it was on back order. I emailed and sent text requesting updates but no response. I ended up calling and that’s when I found it was on back order. When I purchased, delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days.
The glass and frame kit fit perfectly in the existing hole and looks great.

Fit perfectly in my old Stanley steel entry door.
Was it direct replacement? The only thing I find to be hard is to put in the little tabs over the screws, to cover them other than that, it worked perfectly.
