Pre-Notched Threshold for Door with Single Sidelite

Threshold for door with sidelite on either the left or right (as viewed from the exterior of the home).

High quality threshold available in aluminum mill or bronze finish. Fits in-swing doors (door swings into the home). Perfect for building a new door system or replacing an existing threshold that has rotted, cracked, or deteriorated.

Threshold is pre-notched for mull post and comes with sidelite adapter installed. This greatly helps with the assembly of door systems with sidelite units.

Specifications:

• Width: Select from range of options to fit 31.75" (known as a 32" or 2/8 door) or 35.75" (known as a 36" or 3/0 door) width with sidelites on either side measuring 9.875" (10" or 0/10), 11.875" (12" or 1/0), or 13.875" (14" or 1/2)
• Depth: Select 5.75" or 7.75"
  • 5.75" is sometimes referred to as a standard depth 6" threshold and fits typical 2x4 framing
  • 7.75" is sometimes referred to as a extended depth 8" threshold and fits 2x6 framing
• 1 7/16" tall, adjustable 3/16" upward and 1/16" downward
• Pre-notched (dado cut) to fit two 1-1/2" standard exterior mull posts (or back-to-back jambs)
• Hardwood rail (ash or oak), cold oil-treated hardwood base that will not expand or contract during changes in temperature, high grade aluminum sill
