We are completely dissatisfied with the product, which arrived beat up (all three hinges), and are actually in worse condition then the ones they are replacing. In addition, I emailed your customer service two business days ago and included photos and requested a response. No response. I then called your customer support line during the times listed on your website. No answer, but I left a voicemail with the issue and my phone number. No call back. I then received a text from your company saying I could text them to contact them. I immediately responded to the text and uploaded photos. No response. Two hours later I wrote back and requested a response. Crickets. I tried once more two hours later (still during the stated business hours). So, we are not happy at all and would like to be contacted. We would like replacement hinges, in new condition (which is what we purchased) sent to us.

The hinges were just thrown in a box. No protection. They were are scratched up. I emailed you and I heard nothing back. I replaced my hinges for aesthetic reasons. It would have been nice had the hinges been wrapped so they were not just banging against each other during shipping. Product itself is great - poor shipping.

A little disappointed. Ordered and replaced 6 original 30 year old hinges but you did not send the 4” screws in the matching finish needed to secure the top hinge to the frame. So as you can see I used the original ones that look out of place.
Why don’t you supply the two 4” screws in the matching finish needed for every 3 hinges used on outside door replacement orders??
While I could not find hinges anywhere other than this store for my pella door, I purchased three NEW hinges but they arrived looking like the barrel was sanded down on all three. If these were refurbished, It should have stated so.

I recently moved into a new house with all brass door hardware. I wanted to switch to the oil rubbed bronze look. I made the mistake of going to a big box store to get my door hinges. Big mistake as my home has Pease Doors. When the new hinges did not let my doors close correctly I was frustrated. Then my new neighbor told me I had Pease doors and only their hinges will work correctly. So, I ordered one set for my front door. What a difference, the door opens and closes easily with no visible gap between the door and the frame. I am now going to order matching hinges for the door leading into my garage. This is one mistake I do not plan to make again. Thank you for your product.
When we bought our house the door hinges were painted. We repainted a different color so they were painted again to match. So now years later we are painting again so I got online and found your web site ordered new hinges and they were exact replacements So now the door looks a lot better with the brass instead of the painted hinges!

The hinges were an exact replacement. I had absolutely no issues installing the hinges. During the door installation, I had to slightly adjust the middle hinge screws. I live in Florida and needed to replace the three rusted Pella hinges on the entry door to my garage. Because I wanted the replacements to match the existing screw holes, I really appreciated the dimensional drawing on your website that allowed me to confirm the hinges I ordered were an exact match. New hinges are wonderful given the door was originally hung in 1983 and is by far the most used door in the house which leads to garage and the weather stripping seals the door right in time for zero weather: also, thanks for the free corner seals which work fine!
My garage door hasn’t closed properly in about four years. I ordered my new hinges from Pease on Friday and the door was working correctly by Saturday night
Had trouble finding this hinge in my local hardware stores. Checked online with Pease and was able to order direct. I was slightly concerned that the hinge may not fit and I would have to return. I incurred shipping costs of $9 and didn't want to have to pay return shipping charges. All worked out well as it was a good fit. Thank you!!

Found what I was looking for on the website...ordered...and had my replacement hinges installed in less than 2 weeks!
The old hinges had been painted white and the knobs were brass. All the hardware throughout this remodel were changed to oil rubbed bronze. I wanted this door to match the rest of the house with the new hinges and door sweeps I bought through Pease. I love this finished look.
Completely satisfied with the results of this project. Pease door stained and wood grain effects with polyurethane sealer matte finish. Confusing suggestions on preping the plastic grills for the side lights. One instruction suggested a primer and the other said it wasn’t necessary? Opted to go with out, but maybe it would have been better to prime. Had to double stain the pieces because it was slick surface and easy to wipe off the stain when dragging the wood grain tools. A little more effort but I feel the results were great.
Hinges arrived quickly and undamaged. (Yes, I understand it would be difficult to damage metal hinges, but it is nice to receive an undamaged package). The hinges were exact replacements for rusted originals, were easy to install and look great. The only thing I can suggest that would improve my purchase would be for them to be available in stainless steel as I live in Florida where fighting rust and corrosion is a constant battle.
The hinges were an exact match for some Pella exterior door hinges I needed to update/replace but couldn't find a hole pattern to match anywhere else, including Pella's own site. The price was right too!

Hinges are nice quality and correct size / fit , altho some were a little dinged up on arrival. Maybe this happened during shipment or they had been returned by someone else and then resold? Anyway they work for me.
The hinges seemed well made (in China) however the screw pattern didn’t match my existing Pease Ever/Strait door (4x4 round corners)original screw holes so the hinges are not useable for my application. I would have to redrill all the steel door and jamb screw holes.

Because door and hinge manufacturers sometimes use different screw patterns—even on hinges that share the same overall size and corner radius—the holes may not always line up with every door or jamb without re-drilling.

I was disappointed, the pictures showed one long screw with each hinge to secure the hinge to the stud. There were none in the package, only short 3/4 screws.

Thank you for your feedback, David. The hinges include the standard 3/4" screws for installation into the door and jamb. In some cases, product images may show a longer screw as an example of an optional reinforcement screw (as stated in the product description), but it is not included with every hinge set.
