How we estimate
Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Bold Contemporary Design with Clean Horizontal Lines
This Contemporary fiberglass entry door features a contemporary plank design with clean horizontal lines and modern geometry that creates a striking visual statement at the entryway. The solid construction with no glass cutout provides maximum privacy while delivering a distinctive modern presence. Built with Premium Build fiberglass construction for lasting durability. Available in Satin Smooth (white) and Fine Grain Woodgrain (tan) surface textures to accommodate painted or stained finishes. A strong choice for contemporary, transitional, and modern homes where bold design and low maintenance are priorities.
Stepped Plank Design
The Stepped Plank Design features five planks stacked on each other in an offset pattern that creates a layered, step-like visual effect across the door surface. This staggered configuration introduces movement and visual interest while maintaining the clean, modern simplicity associated with contemporary door styling.
Doors without glass provide maximum privacy and enhanced security, making this solid-panel design a dependable choice for modern residential entrances and everyday use where visibility control and clean aesthetics are priorities.
The stepped layout creates subtle variations in shadow and alignment, producing depth without adding decorative trim or molding. This modern arrangement pairs well with contemporary architecture, minimalist exterior finishes, and homes that emphasize bold geometric details.

Questions buyers ask
Will a 35-3/4" x 79" slab fit my 36" x 80" door frame?
Yes. 36" x 80" is what the door is called; the slab itself measures 35-3/4" x 79", which leaves the gaps a door needs to swing and seal. Measure your old slab to be sure, or send us your measurements and we confirm the fit before we build.
Slab only or complete door system: which do I need?
A slab is just the door, for a frame that is square and in good shape. A complete door system is the door hung in a new frame with the threshold, hinges and weatherstrip: choose it if the frame is rotted or out of square, or if you are changing the opening. The Door System Calculator turns a rough opening into the right size.
Which way does my door open?
Stand inside the home, facing the door. If it swings toward you it is an inswing door, and the knob side names the hand: knob on your left is left hand inswing. For an outswing door, use the hinge side instead.
Can I add my own glass later?
Choose a cut-out option and we cut the opening in our shop for the matching glass kit. Glass kits are listed by the outside size of their plastic frame, which is 1" larger than the cut-out (a 23" x 37" cut takes a 24" x 38" kit), and a shaped cut (round top, arch or oval) needs a kit of the same shape.
When will it ship?
In-stock items that need no shop work ship the same or next business day. Shop work starts once everything is in stock: 1 business day for prep, 1 to 3 for finishing, and 2 to 5 to assemble a complete door system. Doors go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days, economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. The estimate under the price updates for the size and options you pick.
