How we estimate

Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.

Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.

Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Door Glass and Frame Kit

Clear glass with internal blinds. Unique design allows blinds to raise, lower or tilt, in any direction. Homeowners appreciate the ease of cleaning and superior energy efficiency, while enjoying the varying choices of full view, complete privacy and everything in-between.

Kit includes door glass, inside and outside door glass frame set, screws, and screw caps.

  • Frame outside dimensions: 9" x 66" (replaces frames 8 1/2" to 9" wide and 65 1/2" to 66" tall)
  • Door cutout dimensions: 8" x 65"
  • Glass dimensions: 1" thick, 7" wide, 64" tall

Wide Size:

  • Frame outside dimensions: 10" x 66" (replaces frames 9 1/2" to 10" wide and 65 1/2" to 66" tall)
  • Door cutout dimensions: 9" x 65"
  • Glass dimensions: 1" thick, 8" wide, 64" tall
    Easy Installation

    Our kit makes installation easy and quick. The outside frame comes pre-caulked to the glass. All you need to install the glass kit into your door is a screwdriver to secure the inside frame to the outer frame. Cover the screw heads with the included plastic caps, paint or stain if desired, and your project is finished! More on installation

    Insulated Safety Glass

    Double pane insulated glass has been tempered for safety and thermally sealed to be air and water tight.

    Blinds provide excellent thermal efficiency when closed as they reflect the suns rays back outside the home.

    High Performance Frame (Paint/Stain)

    Comes standard with high quality polycarbonate and ABS plastic blend (PC/ABS) frames in raised or flat profile. These are "High Heat" frames rated up to 200°F and are ideal if your door faces the sun or is behind a storm door that traps heat. Frames can be painted or stained without a primer. They can also be left white unfinished and are "maintenance free" meaning they won't crack or discolor even without paint or stain. More on finishing door glass frames

    Cleaning

    Avoid contact with abrasive cleaners and solutions containing corrosive solvents or acid solutions. Glass can be cleaned using a soft cloth, and glass cleaner.
