Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

This was a great purchase. They were exactly what I was hoping for and look great installed. The install took about an hour with the removal of the old ones included. I had clear ones before and kept having to replacing the rain window clings. Now I have it built in and it is perfect.

Glass looks amazing a lot thicker than the original glass I had on the sidelight . Only issue was I had to do a few modification with the original spacing since the new glass wouldn't fit. Also, save your screws the new glass didn't bring any nor did it have any screw caps . Would recommend maybe if I get a nice discount I'll buy the glass for the arc on the top of my door .

My front door update went very well. Glass replacement for the side panels was quick and easy. Adding the matching "Rain Glass" has made a tremendous difference in the front foyer. Cutting a hole in the front door was a little intimidating at first, but went very well. The new glass dropped in easily and now looks "original".

Everything with Pease was great but your shipper FedEx was horrible. Their tracking acknowledged receipt on 10/8 but they never delivered until 10/24. The FedEx tracking even showed as delivered at 5:33 PM on 10/22 but that was quickly erased (I have a screen shot). I had numerous emails with Vikki at Pease, she was great. My order number was 116013. FedEx tracking number was 280 325 173 893. 16 days to go from Ohio to central Pennsylvania - absurd!

The sidelights I ordered arrived exactly as I ordered. The packaging was perfect, no damages of any kind, both sidelights were in perfect condition. The sidelights fit my front entrance opening as per the measurement instructions and took less than 1 hour to install. We love the new look and will recommend Pease Doors to others. Rick B. Florida

I ordered in the front door safety glass sidelight, to replace a damaged one. It appeared to be a economical and ecstedic solution for my repair. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. I haven't installed it yet; but it looks as described and contained all installation hardware.

Silicone caulking on the outside was coming out. Difficult to cut out to leave a clean appearance. Outside trim was scuffed up, probably during shipments. Should be better protected.
