Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

This glass kit carries a 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you buy it. Coverage is full for the first year, then prorated.
- Accidental breakage isn't covered.
- Paint the frame a light color where it gets direct sun; dark frames in direct sun aren't covered.
- Install it as the manufacturer directs, in the USA. Damage from improper installation, storage or modification isn't covered.
- To claim, use the form on our warranty page within 60 days of finding the defect, with your order number.
Shipping
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.

The kit arrived quickly and took 20 minutes to install, the process went smoothly and progressed exactly as shown in the videos. Saved me thousands of dollars, as all professionals said I would have to replace the entire door to fix the old sidelight.
A contractor who stood to earn about $800 labor for this 20 minute task was kind enough to refer me to Pease Doors. The quality of these window kits is remarkable and Pease follows the order every step of the way and even offers assistance with install should you have questions. The order was received very quickly and the low-e glass makes a huge difference as I can now easily compare with the old windows. I saved $800 and will use Pease every time I need a window kit or doors.
Overall satisfied with the finished installation. The product comes in cardboard packaging with foam filler at each end and midway that hardens and protects while shipping. Some of the screw boss supports in the middle were broken, as were two locator pins. I suspect they were damaged when removing the middle foam packaging. These middle sections could perhaps have better protection prior to the packing foam being injected. I glued the broken items and moved forward. The opening I was installing to was thick, the inside frame ended up with an 1/8-3/16" gap to the glass. I added some weather stripping to the inside frame where it meets the glass, I'm really happy with how that turned out. It also hides the inside of the inner frame when viewed from the outside, it's a much cleaner look.
Great experience! Customer service was great, shipped quickly and very easy to install. My husband had the old windows out and these installed in just an afternoon. They look great!
You ship a used or broken door. 10% is not a good option.

Was able to replace our old style, clouded glass sidelights in a half hour. Saved us hundreds of dollars that a contractor would have charged. Quick and easy. Wish the style we liked/purchased would have come with a non-clear finish.
Easy to install
One of the easiest home projects you'll ever do. Took about 1 hour to remove the old glass and then install the new inserts. Perfect fit!

Sidelights fit perfectly, easy installation.
Couple rusty screws on the original one that I had to drill out. Once I removed the original and did a thorough cleaning to remove old adhesive and dirt/ paint. I was ready to install my first ever side lite. It fit as it came from the original manufacturer. No need for silicone since the seal was already on the window. I set it from the outside in and pressed it slightly to hold then lined up the inside frame while holding the outside, added a couple of the screws( which you supplied plenty of) to keep it in place while finishing it up. OUTSTANDING it looks great 👍 thanks.
We wanted to change out our sidelights to the style without grids and these Pease sidelights were perfect. Arrived well packaged and quickly. Solid construction, easy installation; just remove the screws from the old ones and after placing the new sidelights in the space, tighten up new screws. Voila! The first picture is with one old and one new sidelight. The next 2 pictures are with both new sidelights.

I ordered a frosted Sidelite from a competitor. It took 8 weeks AND didn’t fit correctly/shattered during installation. I ordered this glass at a cheaper price and would have had it within 3 days but Pease had an issue with shipping boxes. I let them know that I was having a surgery within the next week which was why I was in such a hurry to get a new glass in. They came through to get it to me quickly. I got it in less than a week and it looks fantastic!! Very happy customer

Purchased some ODL blinds that go over the sidelights, but the plastic screw mounts broke or had been damaged at some point during original installation. Purchased a whole new sidelight from Pease. Installation was easy. It was easy to unpack. Arrived in sturdy construction materials.

Great product! It was exactly what we needed.
Worked out great!! It would be even better if Pease Doors included a “cut template” to mark out the perfect cut for the glass insert. You do have a very little bit of wiggle room , but not much. Overall, this was a fantastic upgrade to a beat up door and saved $Thousands vs a new door. Highly recommend. Pretty easy project once you get past the thought of cutting a hole of your door.

Love these windows! This is the only place I could find that had my size windows. The glass quality is just what I wanted as well.
