MEGA reach weatherstrip is our maximum seal for doors where all other weatherstrip has failed to seal the gap against the elements and pests. A great option if you can still see daylight around your door from inside the home or if you can feel a draft, even after replacing your weatherstrip with our standard or high reach options.
This can also be an ideal choice on very old doors that have settled out of alignment or in extremely cold climates where stripping shrinks over time and the wind blows cold air at the door with high force.

This was not your normal weather stripping situation. I recently built and installed new shed doors on my garden shed. The gap between the doors required a solution to prevent rain from entering. The gap was larger than I had planned (oops-I did measure twice even thrice and cut once but still) so I needed a space filler that was wide enough and fit in the groove of the redwood planks used to make the door. After searching for a remedy I landed here and found the perfect solution. I cut it to fit and decided to gorilla glue it into the groove. It worked! Thank you. See the pics for details. I included one of the garden whimsy on the inside of the doors just for fun

A stray cat showed up at our house and we tried to find his owners for about a month to no avail. In the mean time the cat destroyed the weather stripping on our garage to house entrance door. Lowe’s nor any local hardware stores had the correct weather stripping. When I searched on line your website came up with all the information I needed. I was looking to replace my existing magnetic door weatherstripping. I could not find anything wide enough for my door. I settled on this. Fills the gap well and easy to install. I found the products at my local Home Depot are not wide enough. I have a 5/8 gap.

I’ve got an old house with old doors and nothing is square. This mega sized weatherstripping fills in the big gaps that were always drafty when I had big box weatherstripping installed. The foam in this is much nicer - it compresses really well and then bounces right back. The black color matches our doors and looks crisp. I used this mega sized strip at the top and side with the doorknob but had to use regular sized strips along the hinge side (smaller gap there). FYI, I have the big box store wood trim with a kerf channel installed on the inside of my door jambs. I pulled the old weatherstripping out and simply inserted this new mega weatherstripping. It is easy to push in and has a snug fit. Where two pieces come together in the corner, I notched one end (cut out a curved section of the foam) so it overlaid the other without compressing the profile. Easy to cut with scissors.
You have an order in house for white weather stripping to me when it shows up. Please take off 15% for sending in a video.

Robust and quality. With our old weather stripping we could see light through the door when it was shut. With this we can't see light at all. Good seal.

I received my door weatherstripping yesterday and installed it today. After installing it, I was jumping up and down for joy. It worked absolutely perfect. I can’t tell you how many different weatherstripping products I tried and I can tell you that it had been quite a few. They were a total waste of time and money. I went searching on the Internet and ran across your company and thought I might as well give it a try and I am so thrilled that I did. This strip is giant. The set is best bargain. It filled the gap in my door. The box store purchase didn't look like I installed anything. Light was visible when the door was closed.
Our house was not what anyone would call well-built, and even with new (standard Home Depot) weatherstripping, daylight shone through all around the edges. Your mega stripping did the trick!

I am in a rental. And I have had issues with wasps occasionally getting in the house because of a poorly fitted door and inadequate weatherstripping. Getting the management company to do anything is nearly impossible. So I started searching for larger weatherstripping and was having a really difficult time finding anything big enough because the gap in the top corner was nearly 1 inch. I finally found this product and decided to give it a try across the top of my door. It actually works! I can’t see sunlight across the top anymore! The strip along side of the door is still too small, so it looks like I will need an additional strip. So excited it works!

Arrived fast in perfect condition. These are exactly what I needed for doors that are slightly warped or don't fit snug against the frame. No more view of the outside around the corners at the top.

This is the second door I have on my house of 25 years of age. Partially because the old gaskets were ripped(the door sweep was torn as well) and I could hear whistling in the winter, I was convinced I would have to buy a new door, and the prices today are totally outrageous. This door was new in 2012 the Builders door from 1998 had to go. The new was what I could afford at the time, but I feel now that I have replaced the gaskets and the sweep that I don’t need another new door which I’m very happy about .

good guide for choosing the correct product. Helpful hint... should have a reminder to check the material of the door. Original installers (unknown to me) installed magnetic weather stripping. Turns out the door in fiberglass. My first order was magnetic, I retained 'cause I have two steel doors. Thanks for the service at a fair price.
