Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

This glass kit carries a 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you buy it. Coverage is full for the first year, then prorated.
- Accidental breakage isn't covered.
- Paint the frame a light color where it gets direct sun; dark frames in direct sun aren't covered.
- Install it as the manufacturer directs, in the USA. Damage from improper installation, storage or modification isn't covered.
- To claim, use the form on our warranty page within 60 days of finding the defect, with your order number.
Shipping
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.
Free pickup at our Cincinnati warehouse is available at checkout.
Returns

Absolutely perfect!!!!
Awesome product that was very easy to install.
Awesome! Awesome! We hated our bare door. We got quotes to replace the door, which would mean replacing the sidelights as well. We weren’t willing to spend $3,000 plus. This $250 purchase changed the entire door. We couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be returning to this company for future door related projects.

Really transformed our garage door, it had decorative glass that you couldn't see out. While we had the old glass out we decided to paint the door black, trim white, and put new weather stripping.
Totally updated the front door. Easy DIY with 2 people. White frame is before picture. Black frame after. This is the second time we have used Pease. Highly recommend!
The window install was simple and gave my door an upgraded look for way less.

All in all this was a good experience! We are DIY-er's and found the project relatively easy BUT it will require certain tools and an extra set of hands. We replaced the glass in one door and just the grid in another and found it easier to take the door off the hinge. Removing the door from the hinge also allowed us to clean the hinge pins as maintenance in a coastal area is clutch. We recommend having a spackle blade, screw driver, drill, utility knife and sandpaper on hand to complete the project. It took approximately 4 and a half hours from start to finish for both projects. The new grids make the door look new and the transformation of the view from the new glass is awesome, we know we made the right choice!
This was a quick and easy job even on a cold winter day, it took me less than an hour to get it cut out and fully installed.
The windows were super easy to install and packed very nice for transport! I will definitely buy again!

This was absolutely a quality product from arrival to installation. This project was completed in less than an hour with excellent results. The kit is secured, sturdy, and the seal excellently keeps out climate and noise. I would definitely order again.
The kit was easy to install as advertised - glass seems solid but there are visible material shavings between the two panes. Overall, not terrible for $189.
