Description

Grills Between Glass (Internal Dividers or Bars)

Internal flat 5/8" bars give a more modern divided light look, while keeping the glass easy to clean. Available with white or black internal bars.

Door Glass and Frame Kit

New door glass can transform your entryway without the need to replace your entire door system.

Kit includes door glass, inside and outside door glass frame set, screws, and screw caps.

  • Frame outside dimensions: 24" x 38" (replaces frames 23 1/2" to 24" wide and 37 1/2" to 38" tall)
  • Door cutout dimensions: 23" x 37"
  • Glass dimensions: 1/2" thick, 22" wide, 36" tall
Easy Installation

Our kit makes installation easy and quick. The outside frame comes pre-caulked to the glass. All you need to install the glass kit into your door is a screwdriver to secure the inside frame to the outer frame. Cover the screw heads with the included plastic caps, paint or stain if desired, and your project is finished! More on installation
Insulated Safety Glass

Double pane insulated glass has been tempered for safety and thermally sealed to be air and water tight.
High Performance Frame (Paint/Stain)

Kit includes standard white high performance plastic frames that resist cracking, warping, and discoloring due to heat and sunlight. Standard white frames are ready to install and do not need to be painted, but can be painted or stained after lightly sanding and priming. More on finishing door glass frames
Cleaning

Avoid contact with abrasive cleaners and solutions containing corrosive solvents or acid solutions. Glass can be cleaned using a soft cloth, and glass cleaner.

Awesome! Awesome! We hated our bare door. We got quotes to replace the door, which would mean replacing the sidelights as well. We weren’t willing to spend $3,000 plus. This $250 purchase changed the entire door. We couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be returning to this company for future door related projects.

All in all this was a good experience! We are DIY-er's and found the project relatively easy BUT it will require certain tools and an extra set of hands. We replaced the glass in one door and just the grid in another and found it easier to take the door off the hinge. Removing the door from the hinge also allowed us to clean the hinge pins as maintenance in a coastal area is clutch. We recommend having a spackle blade, screw driver, drill, utility knife and sandpaper on hand to complete the project. It took approximately 4 and a half hours from start to finish for both projects. The new grids make the door look new and the transformation of the view from the new glass is awesome, we know we made the right choice!
