How we estimate
Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

This glass kit carries a 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you buy it. Coverage is full for the first year, then prorated.
Accidental breakage isn't covered.
Paint the frame a light color where it gets direct sun; dark frames in direct sun aren't covered.
Install it as the manufacturer directs, in the USA. Damage from improper installation, storage or modification isn't covered.
To claim, use the form on our warranty page within 60 days of finding the defect, with your order number.
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.

Returns
Return it within 30 days of delivery if it's unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours to pay. Start a return in our returns portal.
Our kit makes installation easy and quick. Just use a screwdriver to secure the inside frame to the outer frame, sandwiching the glass into place. More on installation.

High Performance Frame (Paint/Stain)
Premium "High Heat Tolerant" frames are made of a superior quality polycarbonate and ABS plastic blend (PC/ABS). These frames are ideal if your door faces the sun or is behind a storm door that traps heat.
Frames can be painted or stained without a primer. They can also be left tan or white unfinished and are "maintenance free" meaning they won't crack or discolor even without paint or stain. The tan frames are a better option if you plan to stain your frames, as they will provide a more wood-like background color and will require fewer coats of stain. Detailed painting/staining instructions included in box.
The sidelight frame kit was packed well and was quite easy to replace the old one. I had just painted all of my outer doors, and that made the old sidelight and window glass frames look really bad! They had all yellowed and cracked due to sunlight, so I bought these to replace them myself. I didn't need new glass on most of them, so just got the frame kit. Everything was great with the new kit and removing the old one, cleaning it, and replacing it with the new frame and reinstalling it was easier than I had thought it would be.
The installation of the frames were very easy. Everything fitted together precisely and looks great.

I mislabeled the mailing address but I was contacted prior to shipping because the address didn’t jive. We corrected it before mailing. Still shipped to the wrong address. Luckily UPS called me to correct the address. The product was a perfect match for replacement! One half had sealant and the other half did not. Overall I am happy with the product and received in a timely manner. Things worked out great all things considered. Much appreciated and I’ll buy again when needed. Oh. This was a hard price to find a replacement for so really happy!
