Ships in about 2 weeks, then 2 to 4 business days with ground shipping.
How we estimate
Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

High Performance Frame (Paint/Stain)
Material & Painting/Staining (detailed painting instructions included in box):
Standard Profile Tan and White frames for 1" thick glass are made of a superior quality polycarbonate and ABS plastic blend (PC/ABS). These are "High Heat" frames rated up to 200°F and are ideal if your door faces the sun or is behind a storm door that traps heat. Frames can be painted or stained without a primer. They can also be left tan or white unfinished and are "maintenance free" meaning they won't crack or discolor even without paint or stain. The tan frames are a better option if you plan to stain your frames, as they will provide a more wood-like background color and will require fewer coats of stain.
Flat Profile (also known as Shaker) frames and Standard Profile frames for 1/2" thick glass are made of a high grade polypropylene and are also maintenance free, so they do not require paint. These are "High Heat" frames rated up to 200°F and are ideal if your door faces the sun or is behind a storm door that traps heat. If you do choose to paint or stain these frames, you will need a special adhesion promoting primer, which can be found in our paint section, alongside a curated selection of great paint colors that are specially formulated for doors & door glass frames.
From the start. Order process was easy. Shipping was quick. Installation went smoothly. Looks great almost like a new door. Great value compared to big box store and better service.
This is a 2 man job. I tried putting the frame and glass in by myself. Not possible. With help it went very well. I am definitely satisfied with the end result. So very glad I could get just the frame.
Shipping was fast. Great Support on the initial call to make sure I was ordering what i needed. Everything needed to complete the repair was in the box.
The first shipment had one of the parts mixed up with another model and the customer support was very quick to send me the correct replacement. Once I got the right part it was easy to install. Fit perfectly and looks great. I was really surprised I was able to get the perfect replacement part since I wasn't involved in whoever built this door the first time before I bought the house. This one seems like it's going to last longer than the original. The color was such a great white, I don't even think I'm going to paint it.
This was a fun, easy project that I was so happy to get done. Replacing just the broken frame grid kept a nice solid door out of the landfill. The step by step on line instructions really helped us from start to finish. Thank you

I purchased your grids for a used door I bought for my garage. The door's grids were all yellow, cracked, and looked horrible. Then, I found you guys and bought new grids. Now my door looks brand new! Thank you!
First - my order was “lost” in shipping - but, once I contacted Pease they did the right thing and shipped out a replacement quickly.
Installation was very easy and it looks great!
Thank you
We recently bought a little 50-year-old house that had fallen into disrepair. The steel door leading to the mudroom was in really rough shape. The window grid had several broken pieces on both sides. We're trying to repair, rather than replace, whenever possible, so we decided to try a fresh coat of paint and a new window grid. We could not be happier with the results. The door looks great, we avoided the expense of a new steel door, and we kept the old door out of the landfill. Installation was very easy (I highly recommend doing this with two people so one can hold everything in place on one side while the other is securing the screws on the other), and the little screwhead caps are a great touch.
I had a great experience with this product. I'm very pleased that I didn't have to replace my whole door. The hardest part of the project was getting my door off with stripped screws smh. I would recommend this company to anyone in need and I most definitely will be back myself when needed.
Project was adding the window kit to a blank door. I made the cutout, one side a a time, used a mini-circular saw and a cutoff tool, which was a little cumbersome--suggest using a regular size circular saw, next time. Then smoothed the edges with a sander and a file. Painted the door and installed the window kit. The only "glitch" was that widthwise, the window kit only came to about an inch inside the outer edge of the embossed door pattern, so caulking was necessary. This worked out OK, because if the window kit was any wider, it would have run into the door hardware. Lengthwise, the window kit fit along the outer edge of the embossed pattern (flat surface), so no caulking there. The project took about 2.5 days--longer than necessary--but my stamina is 80 years old. Also, has a little help from the wife, who is 75. Anyway, it's done; door looks good.
