A great replacement for older transoms that have failed or need a style refresh. Includes a paintable or stainable wood frame to fit in your existing jambs.

The Grosvenor style is a classic design full of rich history, deep bevels and handcrafted metal caming. Available in brass or nickel caming.

Our elliptical transom comes in two sizes:

Standard - for a 3/0 (36") door with two 14" sidelites:

• Glass size: 66.875" X 13.75" x 1"
• Overall size (including frame): 68.5" X 15.5"
• Suggested rough opening: 69" x 16"

Narrow - for a 3/0 (36") door with two 1/0 (12") sidelites:

• Glass size: 62.625" X 11.75" x 1"
• Overall size (including frame): 64.5" X 13.5"
• Suggested rough opening: 65" x 14"

Insulated Safety Glass

Triple pane glass (2 clear panes around a decorative middle pane) provides excellent insulation for energy efficiency. Glass has been tempered for safety and thermally sealed to be air and water tight.

Installation

As transoms go above the door and require some basic carpentry skills to install, we recommend professional installation from a local carpenter or handyman with experience installing door transoms.
