Most in-stock items that need no shop work leave our warehouse the same or next business day. Ordering by 12 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, gives yours the best chance of shipping the same day.
Shop work starts once everything is in stock: trimming, cutting or prep takes 1 business day, finishing (priming, painting or staining) 1 to 3, and assembly, such as a prehung door system, 2 to 5. Out-of-stock items without a restock date usually ship in about 2 weeks, plus any shop work.
Ground parcels take 2 to 4 business days. Doors, sidelites and other large items go by freight: Priority Freight takes 2 to 5 business days and economy freight 7 to 15; you choose at checkout. Weekends and carrier holidays aren't counted. These are estimates, not guarantees.

This product carries a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date you buy it. Coverage is full for the first year, then prorated.
Ships by ground parcel with UPS, FedEx or USPS: 2 to 4 business days once it leaves us. Tell us about any shipping damage within 15 days of delivery.
Free pickup at our Cincinnati warehouse is available at checkout.

The basswood was easy to stain. Putting it in the cutout in my closet door was very easy. I would recommend measuring before doing a cutout as the recommended.5" - 1" would have been too big for mine. I cut an extra 1/4" and it was perfect. Hoping to vent some of the heat from a duct in the closet this winter. Fingers crossed!
Why in your website the picture shows the blinds vertical no parallel.thats why i order it.and i receive the blinds the opossite way ,thats why i put 1 star in my review.but i hope i can return it and send md the rigth one.

I purchased a house about a year ago that had a ventilation return duct for the air conditioning system in the bedroom. UnFortunately, I had a solid wood door that when closed would cut off half of the air circulation back to the air conditioning unit. I installed this ventilation grill in the door and now I am able to close the door and use this as a bedroom.

The original 13 year old door louvers had deteriorated with weather and age. Instead of purchasing a new door we simply replaced the louvers. Pease Doors had the exact size replacements in stock. We spray painted them and installed them in under 10 minutes. Couldn’t be happier.
The Chevron basswood door louver kit was perfect for my door project. I really liked the ease of installation. However, I was shipped the wrong item. I ordered the 16" X 8" X 1 3/8" and received the 1 3/4" thick item. I discovered this after I had stained and varnished the louver. My bad, I should have checked earlier. I ended up framing the inside cut with 2" X 3/8" thick molding. Turned out fairly good for a novice. It's all good.
This turned out very well.
Came as bare wood, staining and urethane spray finishing was easy. Tight fit in the existing opening.
The louver is very well made and the comments from several people was"it looks like it has always been there" That was installed by someone with marginal carpentry skills(me).

I haven’t received these I have called twice and they have different stories both times assuring me they are being shipped and still have not received them! I ordered these December 12 this is January 4th. I will be calling on Monday the 6th.. And now they are acting like I have these and wanted a review!! Ordered a louver door for ventilation purposes for a computer/IT closet expecting the louvers to be open for air flow, but they are solid with no opening between the slats Looks great but serves no purpose, big waste of $$ BTW here is the definition of Louver: each of a set of angled slats or flat strips fixed or hung at regular intervals in a door, shutter, or screen to allow air or light to pass through.
