Easy Installation
Our kit makes installation easy and quick. The outside frame comes pre-caulked to the glass. All you need to install the glass kit into your door is a screwdriver to secure the inside frame to the outer frame. Cover the screw heads with the included plastic caps, paint or stain if desired, and your project is finished! More on installation
Insulated Safety Glass
Double pane insulated glass has been tempered for safety and thermally sealed to be air and water tight.
High Performance Frame (Paint/Stain)
Kit includes standard white high performance plastic frames that resist cracking, warping, and discoloring due to heat and sunlight. Standard white frames are ready to install and do not need to be painted, but can be painted or stained after lightly sanding and priming. More on finishing door glass frames
Cleaning
Avoid contact with abrasive cleaners and solutions containing corrosive solvents or acid solutions. Glass can be cleaned using a soft cloth, and glass cleaner.
The arched-top glass looks great, but the installation process was frustrating because no template was provided. Cutting an accurate curve requires precise guide, and I had to resort to making my own out of cardboard. For a primium product, a cut out template should absolutely be included with the glass.

Due to the precision required to create an arched cutout, we do not recommend customers attempt to make these cuts themselves and therefore do not provide cutting templates. The project included cutting out the needed window opening in a fiberglass door. Although tracing the window on a piece of cardboard and then reducing it about a 1/2 inch all the way around was pretty straightforward, it would have been appreciated if Pease could supply a template for people doing a total install and not just replacing a window. Maybe the company supplying your boxes, could put the pattern on the inside surface of the shipping box or just add a loose paper copy inside the shipping box. Overall the project went smooth and looked great after installation.
I have always wanted natural light in my hallway. However the front door is long about 96” so replacing the door was out of the question—then I discovered Pease!!!! I order a kit and oh my gosh—what a difference!!!!!
Great glass insert! We added this to our solid door to get more natural light. Doing the cutout/installation was simple; I wish they included a paper template to make layout even quicker. I would 100% recommend this product.
