Other than some tear-out at one of the countersunk screws, the threshold was very well made. I may have to replace the cover board because of the tear-out.

High quality threshold available in aluminum mill or bronze finish. Perfect for replacing or upgrading an existing threshold that has rotted, cracked, or deteriorated. Straightforward installation does not require removing jambs or door.
Note that this is a BUMPER style threshold, where the face of the outswing door closes against the weatherstripping installed into the threshold. Bumper style thresholds are common on outswing patio doors.
Specifications:
- Available for single doors 23.75" to 41.75" wide and double doors 23.75" to 35.75" wide (each door):
- Size is the length of the middle aluminum section, which matches the head jamb: door width + 1/4" for a single door (e.g. 36" for a 35.75" door), or both doors + 3/4" astragal + 1/4" for a double (e.g. 72.5" for two 35.75" doors)
- 32", 36" and 72.5" ship as made. Other sizes are cut to length and notched in our shop from the next larger size.
- 146" is the longest we offer and can be cut to length on site (THIS ONE DOES NOT COME NOTCHED)
- Notched to fit into standard 4 9/16" jambs (except the 146" length)
- 5.8125" in depth (typically known as a standard 6" threshold)
- 1.5625" Tall with 1/8" weatherstrip kerf (included)
- Hardwood rail (ash or oak), composite base to resist rot, high grade aluminum sill
- For residential entry doors with 4 9/16" standard width jambs (typically used with 2x4 framing)
- Fits outswing doors (door swings out of the home)

I found this sill after an extensive search for an outswing door and sill. Found the sill and had to custom order the door. I'll build a custom jamb to fit both door and sill. The sill is very well made and has alot of protective covers to keep it mint until you're finished. Highly recommend!
