I’m definitely not a handyman, but I was able to install the replacement frames fairly easily. It looks good and I saved a lot of money. Most importantly, my wife is happy.

Frame kit with inner and outer frames, screws and screw caps. High performance plastic replacement frames resist cracking, warping, and discoloring due to heat and sunlight.

The two frames (1 inch kit) fit perfectly in the door. The original frames had separated away from the extreme heat over the past 20 years. Installation was easy and the door looks good as new. This option saved us thousands of dollars of having to replace a whole new door. We definitely would recommend your products to anyone.
Simple, secure, attractive
I thought it might have been the wrong thickness but it fit perfectly after screws were tightened.
First off the it's a lot cheaper than a new door, the side light were perfect for the door well made, I definitely needed a second person to install, but looks fabulous when install love the finish.. way to go!!
I was going to replace the entire front door and sidelines because the mouldings were cracked and falling out. This would have cost thousands of dollars. Instead I replaced the the window frames from Pease and the fit perfectly. It took a couple of hours, followed by a couple coats of fresh paint, and the front door has been completely rejuvenated. It looks great and was a relatively simple job. Thank you!
In the process of sprucing up our condo, we wanted to paint our garage side door. The window frames were cracked in various places and stained from the old paint. After some initial problems the window frames were easy to install and look good. We are happy with them. How long is the 10% discount good for, we have another window we want to replace in the spring.
I wish we had found these frames years ago. Instead of paying 4K to replace our door and side lights, we just replaced the frames which had become split and dislodged over the years from sun and heat. The new frames are on the left and old on the right. Replacing two windows took us about an hour (including removal, removal and cleaning of old sealant/glue, sanding and replacement with new frames. The best $200 we have spent in a long time! Can't wait to paint the door and new frames. We are thoroughly pleased with our purchase and experience.
It fit perfet
Tan was not available so I put tan base coat on white frame and used gel stain for wood grain. Clear water base gloss poly and done. Customer smiling.
The frame on our door around the glass cracked due to the heat. We ordered these window frames without the glass and they were awesome. Very easy to install and fit perfectly. My husband installed it. Just waiting for our painter to paint the door now.

Masonite was completely unhelpful when i asked where to purchase replacement frame for their door. It took me a while to find Pease doors as it was hard to figure out what term one should use to search for, what is the frame called. Instructions provided with the frame were great, it was easy to do. Make sure you have a helper or two when removing the glass and then when placing the glass and frame back in the door.

The new frame kit was perfect. After I primed and painted it, I went to install it and found out that it did not match the frame I bought from you in 2018. It is a different mold. Same size, but different shape moulding. The new frame has two screws at the top and bottom whereas the first one has only one screw, The new design is better because it will prevent warping at the edges. Thanking you, Lou Gehringer,
The new frames arrived amazingly fast, even amidst the pandemic, and fit perfectly!! NO MODIFICATION REQUIRED! They even had a sealant/adhesive beading pre-installed around the perimeter of the exterior frame that eliminated having to deal with messy caulk!!! The only thing I would recommend is having some mineral spirits on hand (test to make sure it's safe to use on your door finish) to remove any excess sealant that squishes out when you tighten the screws on the inside frame. This is not a big deal at all, in fact- it's proof that you have a good weather-tight seal! I would love to know what the sealant is so I can buy for other projects!
