I was having trouble finding a replacement for the existing weatherstrip, but this was a perfect match and installed in about 5 minutes. Be sure to wipe the dirt off of the track before sliding in the new weatherstrip and also, some Armor-All or furniture polish sprayed on the new strip may make it easier to slide on.

These door sweeps were an exact match for the sweeps on our 20 year old metal building. This door had sweeps on both the bottom and top. First, I removed the door from the hinges for easy access to the sweeps. Two self tapping screws through the sweeps locked them in place in their tracks on the metal door. I just removed the screws, slid the old sweeps out of the tracks, slid on the new sweeps, and reinstalled the screws. Easy peezy!

I’ve never had to replace a door seal before and was having difficulty finding the right type of seal for one of my doors. I didn’t realize how many different kinds there are! Was it easy to figure out which door sweep I needed? Not until I saw Pease Doors mentioned in a big box 1 star review for the wrong door sweep. Bless that reviewer. Was the door sweep easy to install? Not until Dawn added her soapy assistance. Bless that protip from Pease. It's a big job tackling the long-neglected maintenance on the family farmhouse my uncle built in 1988 but I'm doing it and determined keep and restore all the original parts I can (so don't judge me by the photo, I need the 10% to buy door paint, obvi).

Fast shipment. Diagram and measurements from website were excellent for determining correct part. Part is installed as intended. However, the strip appears to have been snapped off vice cut for a “factory” appearance. Jagged break and 1/4” shorter. Therefore, I was not able to trim the strip for a clean, professional install. Not my preferred way of completing a job. Hopefully, the bottom spine will not split from the jagged cut. Item is installed. recommended VENDER cut at exact length or slightly over to allow for trimming, especially if the end is compromised by snapping vice cutting to length.

Same as the original, easy to install.
I shopped for the proper door sweep at 5 stores to no avail. The manufacturer of the door, Norco, sold a decade ago and the buyer discontinued replacement parts. This part fits perfect and saves the work and hassle of removing a 8’ door with a heavy glass panel inset. Thank God I found the replacement as the original sweep was falling apart.

Our house is 10 years old. The exterior garage service door needed a new door sweep. There are many different door sweeps designs. I googled "exterior door sweeps" and the Pease Door Company came up. The door sweep I ordered was perfect replacement. The installation was easy. I found an installation guide on line but I am not sure where is found it. I removed and installed the sweep without removing the door! The information I found also showed how to adjust the threshold. With the shipping cost I ordered three, enough for my other exterior doors.
