Great product
The item is too big . And it doesn’t fit my garage door bottom. Can’t use it anyway

Needed to return it but was refused due to it being a “final sale” apparently. It definitely says final sale on the website now for this product but I don’t remember it saying final sale when I originally ordered it. I thought the receipt would call it out to clearly show that was the case when I bought it but the receipt doesn’t show final sale on it either. So the representative I talked to over the phone, Chelsea, talked with her supervisor to see if you’d be willing to make an exception but I was denied. Extremely disappointed in the outcome. If you're going to sell a final sale product, you need to call it out on the receipt so that there’s no he said / she said scenario to arise. Now I’m forced to believe that final sale was listed even though I don’t remember and even though I paid more than the currently listed price. I won’t be working with you all again.
