Extension for low-profile and high-dam 5.75" depth thresholds. Also fits outswing thresholds. Allows threshold to be used in applications where additional depth is needed (thicker walls like stucco, 2x6 framing, etc.). Select aluminum mill or bronze finish.
Threshold is customizable from 36.5" to 72.5" in width (in 1/2" increments). Should match threshold width exactly, can be easily trimmed with a hand saw as needed.
NOTE: ONLY WORKS WITH 5.75" DEPTH THRESHOLDS, NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 8" DEPTH THRESHOLDS

I paid almost $100, one of the most expensive options online, so I could get a quality item for the front door of my $750,000 house and what I received has scratches and blemishes all over. I don’t want this as the front door welcoming piece. I want this replaced with a piece that is not scratched and is packaged in a manner to protect the finish (not just wrapped at each end). I needed something to extend out past the brickwork without laying a soldier coarse. This threshold extender worked great for the new sliding door we put in. I set it in a grout on top of the old brickwork and it provided exactly what I needed.

The aluminum extrusion in the main picture is not what you receive which is the style i needed. How it attaches to your threshold is what's in the picture with dimensions. Did not work for the Jeldwen doors I have. Very disappointed.

Worked out for me to extend the threshold on this door I built. However the drawing of the profile and the actual extension do not match exactly. I had to modify it to make it work with my threshold (m-d). Next time I’ll get both from Pease.

The 1st order was received damaged. I notified Pease who prompted sent the replacement. As you can see from the picture the 3/4" extension perfectly fits the Pease threshold. I found Peace product quality and customer service to be exceptional and highly recommendable.
We could not find a 3-4 inch threshold extension ANYWHERE except from Canada (and we don't live close) and they won't ship to the US anymore so that you all made one for us was the best. Thanks.

These are a great solution when most doors don't come with extended thresholds and nobody else seems to sell these and delivery was super quick and check out was easy
While I have ordered and received many different items from Pease, and have been very pleased, the latest order, a 72” long, 2” threshold extender, which Pease advertises as compatible with 5-3/4” wide thresholds, did not marry up with my new 5-3/4” wide threshold. Then, I contacted Pease and had a pleasant conversation with one of their customer service representatives, who began troubleshooting the issue but to date never finished. My door needs an extender, but it remains absent. UPDATE: Pease has gotten back to me and has agreed to allow a return, but will not pay for return shipping. I remain unsatisfied

We knew it was a risk to see if it fit on our Jeld Wen door, and unfortunately it didn’t work out. It does look like profile needed, but not sure which doors this does work on. Bummer because of the high shipping cost being this extension to almost half the cost of the door itself, we’ll have to figure out how to Jerry-rig the thing on there. No final solution yet!

Fit perfect
You need to keep the customer inform of the delivery process. It shows up without any prior notification. Alos, the packaging could be little bit better. The piece was loose in the box.

The extender attachment is really solid, fits tight and the finished product looks like a single piece threshold. It was exactly what I needed.
Unfortunately this was not compatible with the jeld wen door that was installed. The profile picture was misleading.

They look nice, but the attaching hook is too large and would not allow them to snap and lock in. We had to trim them and glue them to the threshold.

Nice product, used it before, unfortunately it won’t fit on a Provia door. I would try it again on a Lowe’s door though.
Will work well with the added wall thickness of my continuous exterior insulation and rain screen siding.

The threshold was shipped undamage and sized as per advertised. It was on time and easy to track.
It fit perfectly and was just what I was needing!
Good quality but the pattern on extender did not match photo online and therefore did not match what we had.

Looks to be a good product I have not installed yet
Worked perfectly to fill the gap between the threshold and storm door. Install was a little time consuming but with patience you get a perfect fit.
